This exercise to get rid of cellulite has worked for me!

The best exercise to get rid of cellulite is slapping your cellulite every time you get out of the bath or shower. Get a good rhythmatic slapping going on!

Break up the fat deposits slapping to get rid of cellulite while they are still warm - it only takes a couple of minutes for this exercise, after each time you bath or shower.

I know its worked for me -
 because I had lovely smooth buttocks and thighs until I was in my 40's.  But I stopped the thigh slapping exercise due to my young teenage daughters calling me a pervert for slapping my bum!

Within a couple of months of stopping the exercise, big dimples appeared of 
cellulite on my stomach, buttocks and thighs!

If that wasnt proof enough - when I started the slapping
exercise to get rid of cellulite again it all dissapeared! 
It took a couple of months, but its worth the effort for such a simple
exercise you can do at home easily.

Lie down on your back and put your legs up on a wall, circle your ankles and wiggle your toes for a couple of minutes so the blood and fluids will flow towards your body.

Then gently massage, starting from your right ankle up your leg, thighs and torso,
then repeat the exercise with your left side.

This will encourage fluids towards your heart, which in turn will help
eliminate toxins in the body, to help get rid of cellulite, aswell as good nutrition and weight management.
